Our Return policy

• Only items purchased within thirty (30) days are eligible for a return or replacement. Products damaged by misuse or abuse will not be accepted for return.
  

• Call our customer service department at 1-(860) 793-0391 or toll free 1-(800) 467-4944 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization - RMA#.

• Carefully pack the product(s) using the original packaging materials (if possible). Enclose the original packing list or a letter with details, contact information i.e, name, address, phone number, online order number, and email address.

• Ship your return prepaid via UPS or any other delivery service with tracking information to our address below. Please add insurance to your return.
